“If you like to snorkel and you like boats with speed ....Don't miss this!”- TripAdvisor - February
We had a blast on our afternoon ride with Howard. He picked us up from the beach after our island tour with Mandoo and then we sped over the waves to the bays. Albert explained about the both animals and fish native to the island and what we would see snorkelling among the sculptures. Howard shares a deep belief with many for the preservation of the marine life. Howard dropped us off adjacent to our cruise ship with time to spare but only after we had the full tour including the marina in town.

"What a BLast!" - Trip Advisor - January 1, 2013
Had the best time. Howard and Albert looked after us both on and under the water. The sculptures are really interesting and the powerboat BLASTED us back to St. Georges ..... you have to do this when in Grenada!!!

“Perfect” - TripAdvisor - September 22, 2012
Went with Grenada Seafaris after hearing a little chat from Howard, the owner. So glad I decided to do the morning underwater sculptures trip as it was absolutely superb. Howard and his lovely wife Suzanne are very passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and can be very proud of their enterprise. The guide, Albert, is extrermely knowledgeable and a very good guide to the sculptures and also the flora and fauna of the island. It doesn't matter what your swimming or snorkelling abilities are as Howard and Albert are experts at what they do and will give you as much patience and guidance that you need and it is easily noticeable that they really care about their guests. If you only do one trip on this lovely island, make sure you do this one.

We have just returned from Grenada and booked Seafaris through our Virgin rep and I have to say we had a great time. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to the boat. Once in the boat we were driven along the west coast and stoppped at different points where Albert told us about the island and what they are trying to do to preserve the ecology.
When we stopped to snorkelled Howard handed out the equipment and gave us a clear explanation of how to use it. Albert then took us out to see the sculptures and pointed out all the fish. The trip was around two hours, just about the right amount of time. i would definately recommend Seafaris and thanks to Howard for the tip about Protox for beating the mosquitos.

“Grenada Seafaris Powerboat Eco-Tour ” - TripAdvisor - May 11, 2012
If you are in Grenada, don't miss the chance of a lifetime. We were in Grenada for the day and booked with the owners Suzanne and Howard on their website. We were asked for our credit card only to reserve our trip and that day paid cash. We were told to meet them on Grand Anse Beach at 1:15. They were on time and the boat was ready for us. The boat is really cool, you sit on a motorcycle type seat with handle bars. Very comfortable. The boat can pick up speed which just glides over the water. Not scary at all. We just loved it!!! Howard would steer the boat to part of the island and then Albert (crew) would tell us all about that part of the island and the fish that we might see. Albert is very knowledgeable. When it came time to snorkel, help was given to all who needed it, especially my sister in law who does not know how to swim. Albert helped her with getting in the water and gave her a round raft to hang on into besides her life preserver and he stayed with her the whole time which gave her husband time to snorkel without worrying about her. She was in great hands.
The Underwater Sculpture Park was awesome!! We saw huge Parrot fish and first time ever seeing Squid. We were so excited. It was a beautiful day and we will be talking about this trip for a long time. We were dropped off at the end of the day right next to our ship at the pier. Some people saw us and said it was really cool to watch the boat flying over the water. Perfect day!!!

“Great excursion!” - TripAdvisor - April 19, 2012
My buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed a trip on the powerboat with 3 other tourists as Howard and Albert served as our guides for the late morning trip. Great way to do a quick tour by water and see the sculpture garden as well as the natural beauty of the western part of the island and its coves. Albert did a great job of leading us to different scuplture locations at Moliniere. I agree with other reviewers and would highly recommend this excursion. Also, Suzanne, Howard's wife, was great about setting up the excursion beforehand, as well as getting us on the less crowded of the 2 excursions they had going out for the day.

“fun twist on the usual snorkel trip or cruise excursion - Seafaris Grenada" - TripAdvisor - April 15, 2012
After reading such great Trip Advisor reviews of this excursion we decided to give it a whirl. Howard and Albert are as wonderful as described - providing a lot of information on the island, conservation efforts, history and anything else you might want to know! There were only 5 of us on the trip and it was so laid back and stress free, it was delightful. [...] The other couple on the trip were novice snorkelers and Albert was very patient and helpful with them. The water is very calm and like I mentioned, everyone is low stress so it is a good environment for beginners and experts alike. The snorkeling gear is very good - sometimes the bigger boats have a mishmash of gear and you get leaky masks and painful fins, so this is a real plus. [...] We have done a lot of the rum-punch snorkel catamaran trips and this is quite different. Speeding along the water is really fun - you cover a lot of ground quickly. Hold onto your hats and sunglasses! [...] Thanks to Suzanne, Albert and Howard for showing us a great time, lovely hospitality and that there are people who are brave enough to pack up and move to the Carribean (and not just dream about it like us!)

“Nice way to spend a couple of goes in Grenada.” - TripAdvisor - March 27, 2012 via mobile
We went out with Howard and Albert on the seafari Eco tour this afternoon. And what a really cool way to spend an afternoon it was. Rushing around on a powerboat getting tons of information on the coastline, the ecology and the make up of St. George and Port Louis. Really enjoyed the snorkelling as well, we saw lobster, squid, black fin tuna and thousands of anchovies and bait fish in a massive shoal. Everyone but me on the tour also caught a sight of a turtle but I missed it. All round, money very well spent, and they even take you from and to your hotel. Highly recommended.

“Good All Round Family Fun” - TripAdvisor - February 29, 2012
Fast boat and interesting snorkelling over the underwater sculptures. We went with friends - kids and adults of all ages - everyone (apart from our ill son - long story!) had a great time. There aren't a lot of attractions at Grenada (part of its charm) but would choose to do this over Fish Friday's any time. Feeding the monkeys and the waterfall inland are also good. Enjoy!

“Truly magical !!!” - TripAdvisor - February 11, 2012
It was our second trip on the boat but this time my husband and I went in the water to snorkel, WOW !! We had never done this before, complete novices. I'm disabled with MS and can only applaud Howard and Albert for their patience and understanding with me. Albert saw that we were both safe in the water and dispite having other folk on the water he made us feel that we were the only people there. It was an absolute joy to travel with the Seafari, such an amazing experience. Howard, his lovely wife and Albert have worked so hard to perfect such an unique experience, its well worth the money.

“Wonderful way to spend a few hours off the cruise ship” - TripAdvisor - February 9, 2012
Grenada was one of the stops for our cruise line. I had done a lot of research about doing excursions not through the ship. This was one of those excursions that I had set up on my own not through the ship. Grenada was overwhelming with overbearing locals refusing to leave tourists alone. I understand the importance of the tourist dollar but it is taken to the extreme on this island. This is why I highly recommend this tour. Suzanne met us on the beach and was extremely friendly and reassuring. She was nice enough to charge our credit card so we could just keep more cash on hand. We were picked up by the RIB boat. The boat is comfortable and rides the water well. We were taken to an area with a sculpture park. Although the sculptures are underwhelming the snorkeling was above average from other places I have been. Beautiful coral formations with numerous amounts of small fish. Albert talked about the local efforts for conservation as well as the beautiful capital. The price is much cheaper than what the ship will charge you. After 7 days at sea and seeing the cost of cabs and excursions this is great value. I would highly recommend this excursion. Book it through there website directly. The cruise ship will charge you at least 1/3 more for the same tour.

“Stunning and spectacular” - TripAdvisor - January 28, 2012
We went on the Seafari excursion on an unusually rainy day in Grenada. In spite of this, the trip was exciting and exhilarating. Howard and Albert were tremendous hosts and were very knowledgeable about all things on the island. We will definitely be going on this trip again next year and we will recommend it to all our friends.

“Fantastic Trip” - TripAdvisor - January 4, 2012
From the moment you meet Howard and Albert you know you are in for a great trip. The powerboat ride on it's own is great but when you add the snorkeling and the chance to see other parts of the coastline it really is a must do trip.Albert is very knowledgeable about the local wildlife and history and Howard the captain is amusing and made everyone on the trip feel safe even when he was showing off the capabilities of his very nimble craft. If you do one trip it must be this one.

After starting up in 2007 we quickly became known around the island for what we do and the great reviews we receive from our passengers. We would like to thank all our passengers who took the time to write reviews and the fact that you enjoyed it enough to do that for us means a lot.

The Grenada Board of Tourisim quickly added us to their list of activities that they would offer to visiting journalists and travel writers and we have had various articles published in the international press about our tour. Knowing that it is always nice to read actual reviews of what our passengers thought of our tour we collected some of this years reviews for you to browse. We hope you enjoy them.
